Southwest Florida FCA is touching tens of thousands of student athletes and coaches in Collier, Lee, Hendry, and Glades counties—one heart at a time. FCA is the largest Christian sports organization in America, and we focus on serving local communities by equipping, empowering and encouraging people to make a difference for Christ. We seek to challenge coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high, and youth levels to use the powerful medium of athletics to impact the world for Jesus Christ.

Our goal this year is to be active on 45 middle and high school campuses and reach 65,000 students and coaches through our campus ministry programs. In our area, those include:

• Coaches Ministry
• Team Chaplain Program
• “Huddles” (An FCA school club that reaches out to the entire campus)
• Team Bible Studies
• One Way 2 Play – Drug Free program (reaching students to commit to playing drug and alcohol free)
• Special Outreach Programs
• Prayer Groups

We also seek to reach and serve the coaches. who are often the single most important adult role model in a young person’s life. Over the course of his or her career, the influence of a single coach ripples out to reach thousands of kids. The values those kids learn stay with them long after the final whistle blows on their last high school game. On our campuses we seek to help coaches maintain a heart for coaching, a heart for their players and a heart for God.

To present to athletes and coaches and all whom they influence the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church.

The FCA Values
Our relationships will demonstrate steadfast commitment to Jesus Christ and His Word through Integrity, Serving, Teamwork, and Excellence.

• Integrity: We will demonstrate Christ-like wholeness, privately, and publicly. (Proverbs 11:3)
• Serving: We will model Jesus' example of serving. (John 13:1-17)
• Teamwork: We will express our unity in Christ in all our relationships. (Philippians 2:1-4)
• Excellence: We will honor and glorify God in all we do. (Colossians 3:23-24)
