Charlie has been on staff with Southwest Florida FCA since February 1, 2016. Coming to FCA from Orlando, Weatherbie is formerly the director of Local Missions First Baptist in Orlando and directed the Love Orlando Initiative, which distributes funds in the greater Orlando area to prevent homelessness, and he also served as the Regional Director of Coaches for the FCA of Central Florida from 2014 to 2016. Originally from Kansas, Weatherbie has seventeen years’ experience as a Head Football Coach at three Universities: Utah State, United States Naval Academy and University of Louisiana Monroe. He also served as the Assistant Coach at Wyoming, Air force Academy, University of Arizona and Offensive Coordinator at University of Arkansas. “I am extremely excited about the opportunity to come to Southwest Florida and direct the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Collier and Lee counties,” stated Weatherbie. “I am really looking forward to getting involved in those communities and getting to know Southwest Florida FCA.”
Kyle has been on staff with Southwest Florida FCA since January 2015. He is passionate about reaching our coaches and athletes for Christ, and has been greatly involved in the coordination of many of our events. Aside from FCA, he is also actively involved in the Catholic Youth Organization of Naples, as well as Young Champion Sports – both community outreach programs for our local youth. Kyle recently married his wife Kayla, on March 12th, 2016.

Alli has been on staff with Southwest Florida FCA since August 2016. “Born and raised right here in Southwest Florida, I grew up with the love of sports and faith! My love of ballet, gymnastics, and cheer began when I was four, however, I played many other sports up through high school. I understand first-hand the incredible role a coach has on our youth. I am honored that God has called me to witness and be a part of the FCA ministry. I am married to Sgt. Chad Coleman, USMC, for 12 years and we have a son named Blake."
Coach Stewart has been on staff with Southwest Florida FCA since May 2016. He is passionate about reaching our coaches and athletes for Christ, and has been greatly involved in the coordination of huddles and events. Aside from FCA, he is a full-time teacher/coach at Golden Gate High School. Stacey is married to his wife Paige, and they have two beautiful daughters.
