What is the best thing about FCA?
The best thing about FCA is being able to pray and love on God and Jesus Christ openly in a group of other Christians while in school. In our school, a wide spread idea is that God should not be in school; that God should be left at home or in church. FCA lets students know that God is everywhere – even in school. That is the best thing about FCA!

Why did you choose be involved in FCA?
I chose to be in FCA because I had a calling by the Lord to do something for Him. I went to join FCA to help make a difference in our school. I still thank the Lord for all my time in FCA - good and bad.

I had so much trouble my 9th grade year trying to get into FCA because that year we had two separate lunch periods. The FCA huddle was during A-lunch and I was assigned to B-lunch. I was mad and sad that there was no way I was going to be able to join FCA. I soon forgot about it and stopped caring; however, God called me back to start another FCA during the B-lunch period. I was discouraged the first day when I was the only person at the meeting. I tried again and by the sixth day I said I would give it one more day and then I was quitting FCA. Before I left, I prayed to God for help in FCA. The last and 7th day, I came to the meeting – hopeful. I had my bible in one hand and a sign-up sheet in the other. Again, no one showed up. I gave up on FCA for the rest of the year. The next year, I met up with Bryan Clark who was a student in FCA the year before. Together, we started a successful FCA in our school!
